Amira's yoga journey began 15 years ago and marked the beginning of a fundamental shift that was brewing just under the surface of her life. Since graduating from the Alberta Yoga College in 2013 where she learned about alignment, anatomy, vinyasa, philosophy, asanas and Sanskrit, Amira has developed a gentle style of yoga that she brings to her clients daily. A Certified Healing Touch practitioner with a bustling private practice, Amira matches specific yoga poses to corresponding energy centres of the body to support good health. When she is not in her healing space helping clients, Amira delivers quality yoga education to the community through workshops, classes and private sessions. She believes in taking a heart-centred, balanced approach to health, healing and life.
